Ibanez AZ2204-GD
Limited edition gold finish. After everything I’ve said about the AZ range, I’m actually liking this, and it’s liking my KPA.
it was a two guitar friday!!!
my new Ibanez AZ2204 .
had to wait about 6 months for delivery.
as the single cooils were too hot for me,i replaced the pickups with duncan SSL1 and 59/Custom hybrid which i had at home.
now it is the perfect Strat for me.
After a while i put the original Pickups back in and am very satisfied.
Just had to do it...looks way better in real life. Gonna change the pickups as not keen on the TV jones Supertrons looks wise...

Man I'd give 'em a try anyway , trons have really a specific & killer tone , and the guitar is already a beauty
The carved eagle on the left was a gift from someone who showed up early at a gig.
Later I pulled out this guitar. It was a wild coincidence because that night was the first time I had played this guitar live. Nobody had seen it prior to that.
Same guitar as above and in my profile picture.

Thanks Dude. I play in a Tribute to The Cult so the look is also important ( even though its the wrong model, still got the scratch plate on etc. ) but giggin for the first time on Sat so we'll see. I know TV jones pickups are good anyway, so its only the look.

The gift was the carved eagle in the background of the pic, not the guitar, mate.

Absolutely freaking amazing!
I'm Gonna Pass the Hell Out
Another one from a friend who passed away. 2003 Fender, fretless in Agave Blue. I changed the white PG to black, and installed Hipshot tuners (the stock ones were sloppy and shot).
Sweet bass for sure.
One more of the same guitar
