Support Request

  • I sent a support request by email yesterday because I was getting an error message when I turned on my KPA. As of yet I have not received a response.


    Today my KPA appears to be working normally (no error message). Should I be worried? I have two gigs this weekend and hope not to have a mid-performance failure.

  • Usually they respond very fast. So i guess you will hear from them soon.


    But i would almost bet, that you just need to turn your Profiler off, and then turn it on to browse mode while holding the rig button down.
    Quite a few people had a similar issue (and solution) in the last weeks, as far as i know.
    Don't take my word for it though!
