Help ! Software error in performance mode - solved

    HAs someone seen this before ???
    As soon as I switch to performance mode I get the following :
    A Software error occurred
    expr=track <mTrackChunks.size()

    Take a picture and contact support. Press exit to reboot



    rebooting in browser mode is ok, performance mode does this every time... have tried switching on and off, have tried upgrading software from 3.1 to 3.3 but still get the same.....


    How do I open a support ticket.?
    Need this up and running ASAP got rehearsal tomorrow and gig at the weekend.

    Sorted... found the answer in another thread....raised a ticket anyway as it would be nice to know what caused it.... to fix I rebooted in browse whilst holding downtime rig button... until it said initialising rig
