Didn't know this, excellent service! I bought my unit second handed and have been a bit worried what would happen if something went wrong... shipping is just a little problem imho.
When I buy something second handed I am aware that if something goes wrong I may be in trouble.

update, andertons has offered to send the unit back as a good will gesture, however i had to travel from bristol to guildford to deliver it to them so i will keep you all updated on what happens

Update : after sending the unit back to Kemper direct it was refused by them and sent back to the uk then it was sent to the repairer and all they have done is a mechanical repair which probably means nothing if the screen is still really loose and flimsy when I get it back then I'm going to very unhappy camper ( what a shower this warranty really is )

Recommend getting in touch with Kemper immediately via their hotline and filing a ticket again. This is really too much!!!!
Apparently Andertons had send the unit to the wrong address which was the reason it was returned to the sender. When they sent it the second time to the correct address it was repaired and returned.
That's the company we know and love...
How can Anderson's get away with not telling you about this up front...to me thats BS...
Here is a Kemper for sale still under warranty, but note blah blah.
IMO, Anderson's should give an ACCURATE description of what they are selling you if you were the original owner wouldn't it be repaired at Anderson's?

Why not tell the customer, argue all you want but to me thats BS
The guys should of said, although your are buying a kemper with the stock warranty, its not our obligation to fix it here

Never done THAT before Nicky. Recommended to eat a lot of chocolate and bananas exclusively for a week beforehand... BTW, I have a peanut allergy...
