Got one of those audient cards to replace my Scarlett 6i6 (yeah, it never ends!)

Anyway, received the card, installed the drivers, made a firmware update - which went smoothly, and just cannot get it to play correctly.
All I get is the left output - my left monitor working fine, the right one just making weird high-pitched electrostatical noises (like you get sometimes with PCI cards that are picking up on electrostatical noise inside the computer case).
I tried switching USB ports - no change - plugged into USB2 port, plugged into USB3 port - no change.
Maybe I have the mixer settings wrong?
I've attached a screenshot of the mixer when playing an mp3 file... I see stereo outputs - but I only get one monitor.
Any ideas?
