I've experienced this in previous (not all) versions and in beta v4, as well.
Having problems all day trying to get Rig Manager to update the RE rigs. When I start RM it says "downloading x of 3133" even though my RM says there are 8059 rigs in my Rig Exchange (last rig dated April 16) ??? After a couple of hours it finishes downloading the 3133 rigs but everything still looks the same and I am missing the last 7 rigs that are listed in the RE online.
I was not aware of any problems before the last few days. Could this be a result of the recent "Maintenance" downtime?

same here (Italy) 3900+ rigs to be downloaded at very slow pace. why it has to download all this rigs?
I contacted Kemper support and was told that the service should be back to normal in a couple of days. They are transitioning to a new website and download speeds in Rig Manager are a symptom of that.

cause my Exchange Rigs seemed to be complete appr 7500

Sorry Jeff. I didn't mean to hijack your thread. I am still not getting any RE updates in my RM... I will start a new topic until this is fixed.
