[SOLVED] Cannot log into Profiler Rig Exchange. Please verify your user name and password in the preference pane.

Hello,
I've an issue with Rig Manager. When I open the program it appears:

"Cannot log into Profiler Rig Exchange. Please verify your user name and password in the preference pane."

So I click on the menù: Rig Manager - Preferences - Rig Exchange and I check the password and it's correct.

The rig exchange is updated at April 16 on my rig manager.

When I close the program it appears:

"Rig Manager is performing a task. Do you really want to quit before the task is complete?"

I have tried to install again the Rig Manager (v 1.5.4) but nothing has changed.

No new Rigs since the 18th (5 days ago for me in Aus).

Same symptoms too, so thank you for this thread!

Think I'll leave it alone for a little while longer.

hasn't anything to do with the os - I am on 10.9.5 (latest Mavericks).

Same here.Perhaps worth mentioning the the option preferences is greyed out in the menu. That should also not be the case I think. Best issues to solve are the ones that can be reproduced, like this one.

The login credential test on my Win7 VM (same machine I run osx on) says OK, but it does not download any rigs.
Still believe it to be a server issue.

The same here. Latest rigs dated 2016/04/18 - at RigExchange there is content dated 2016/04/23.

10.9.2 here, and it's surely not the OS... which sux, as you'd know bigHF; I should have updated to 10.9.5 years ago. The constantly-restarting Finder thing has made mincemeat of my brain all along; it's crazy-mad, man!
