Delay LEDs

Hello,

I have noticed since upgrading to 4.x Betas that the delay LEDs are now static. I have a green toaster.

Before, these two LEDs used to throb depending on the speed of the delay. Now, they are completely static no matter the delay setting is.

I guess, they behave like all the other LEDs now because the delay slot can be used like any other slot (except reverb).

It's also possible that until the "missing" delays are returned, the functionality may be hampered. I would bet that the blinking returns after the next update.
Keep us in the loop if you discover otherwise.
