Got 60s pickups in the strat and their noisey and considering a Duncan hot rail... what do you recommend?
Recommend me some new pickups for my strat.

Do you want something still 'straty'? I have Dimarzio Area 58/67 and Blues 2. I like them.
-
yeah it needs to sound stratty.

The Area pickups are a great choice, if you want to keep a vintage kind of tone without resorting to expensive boutique noiseless pickups. They are a great deal used, too
The Hot Rails sounds stratty , but without the chime - more like a bright Humbucking pickup to me, without the low end of a full size humbucker. Think 90s super strat. They are also a great deal on the used market.

Lindy Fralin. You're welcome.

My favorite noiseless Strat pickups are Kinman. They have signature sets for every style, in addition to their standard models.

Great topic
I have a blonde American Strat with Fralin pickups in it. This is my go-to axe. These pickups are spanky with a warm feeling to them. The bridge pickup I have is a bit hotter than the center and neck. I have several rigs I use this on and simply warm it up a bit with more lows. I can get a great AC-DC bite with this setup.
I have another American Strat I have fitted with Kinman pickups. They sound ... well alot like the video
No noise, but as you can hear, they lack the smoothness of a standard strat pickups.
They sound awesome on higher gain stuff though. The sparkle of the highs really makes them cut into the mix. I use them alot for heavier music and drop D stuff.
The Lindy Fralins are more stock sounding though. They do stock strat better than stock strat does

I loved the Kinman's I had in my G&L Legacy. They were perfect for heavy rock tones.
The Fralin's I dig because they sound just so damn authentic.

Upvote for the Kinman. I have a set of Woodstock+ on my strat, sounds killer.

Bare Knuckle Apaches ended my quest.
