I would like to see a command that deletes all CABINETS at once. Or at least, deletes all unused cabinets at once.
At this time I have dozens of unused cabinets in my Kemper and the only way I have to "clean up" the kemper cabinets is to delete them one at a time.

The only "individual" cabinets would reside as Cab Presets. Go to your KPA, select any regular profile/rig. Then, hit the "Cab" button to bring up the Cabinet menu. Once the cabinet menu screen is up, turn the "BROWSE" knob. This will bring up a list of all the Cabinet presets that reside in your KPA. If you only have a few dozen, and wish to delete them, you can do it from this particular browse screen.
Keep in mind, you will only be deleting cabinet presets. You will not be deleting any cabinets that are part of regular Studio (or Merged) profiles.

I think he is asking how to do it "in one go".
There is a way of doing it, but it involves taking a backup, opening that backup on the computer with a program like winzip or unrar (maybe????) and then deleting the cabs from there - and finally restoring from that backup. I think it's documented in the WIKPA (wiki).

It SHOULD be safe... But use at own risk, of course

Hi Michael,
Yes, good point. If I had more than a few dozen presets that I wanted to delete, I would use the method you described. In fact, I have edited my KPA content using the .kpabackup file (backup files) many times in the past. I would recommend "7-Zip" software if you are using a Windows computer.
