I have probably 150-200 and the only drawbacks I find are :
1- scrolling through them and
2 - Deleting them
Yeah, a couple 'o hundred here too, and the same problem.
What I'd love is a "best-of" collection. Been meaning to start a thread requesting submissions for a while now...

I would really like some categorization possibilities for all the presets, expecially for the stomp preset ...
I keep 5 cabinets... just because it's impossible to organize this in a good way currently IMHO
I keep mine at about 10, figured it would slow up boot time if I had too many, kind of like the rigs do though probably not as severe.
I have yet to convert any impulses and add to the Kemper

I do not expect any negative effects on the KPA's performance. (Maybe starting time the KPA and for save copies)
For me it makes no sense to gather Presets and Cabs as long they can not be managed in a reasonable way via Rig Manager.
I have approx 12 CABs at KPA and I know where to find my favourite CABs in my Rigs for copying.

Is cab-maker the only way to implement cab-presets into the KPA ? Or can cabs of existing Profiles be stored as cab-presets seperately?

I have such a hard time with my presets, there are way too many in my KPA and I cannot scroll them all now. that's a major drawback for me. I once made the request for managing presets from RM as we do for rigs. preset sharing through RM

350 in my KPA now, and around 4000 converted and waiting to test (with thousands more beyond that), collected years ago when downloading free reverb IRs from 2005->2012.
These figures are unmanageable in the KPA; a clearer, quicker means of browsing is absolutely necessary, and the computer (RM) is the ideal candidate... IMHO.
