Problem: Remote error message, "Waiting for connection"

Anyone help me with this.
Don't have a Remote but this is a problem a customer I sold a Kemper/Remote to has.

Maybe he's on a beta of 4.* and the connection crashed. I experienced this before. Only thing that helps is to switch off the profiler and reboot it with the remote connected. Otherwise something's broken.

the right thing to do would be to make the customer contact support by email. that's why we have customer support.

Did you try another cable. Each short ethernet cable would fit for a test.
But really help now is only available at support
