4.04 works fine for me and it fixed my morph to wah problem. It took a while to install but no problems.

Update:
After fiddling with Monitor Output and setting it to Mod Mono, the sound gets muted and after some time Kemper being idle, the DSP error message has shown up:
[Blocked Image: https://s32.postimg.org/dlrrbsjlx/dsp_error.jpg]
Then no signal from guitar is detected, tuner is stuck at "-26"
[Blocked Image: https://s31.postimg.org/r1e9u83rv/tuner_stuck.jpg]
After some time it asked "Recover?" I clicked Yes. Then I switched to Master Mono and rebooted and all was fine again.
I have created backup and sent to motherland for analysis.

Hey,
Had the same problem, came here for help. None of the solutions worked for me but that was because it wasn't a firmware problem. The DSP board inside had popped out.
This video helped me find the solution:External Content www.youtube.comContent embedded from external sources will not be displayed without your consent.Through the activation of external content, you agree that personal data may be transferred to third party platforms. We have provided more information on this in our privacy policy.I was already about to send it to repair as the the support diagnosed it as a hardware problem but was very reliefed when the solution was this simple in the end. A chunk of money saved (warranty was out...)
