Do you know what kind of speakers are in the cabinet, their impedance, and how they are wired? Sometimes the impedance is stamped into the frame of the speaker or on the label. If not, maybe some detailed pictures can help the more technically savvy among us figure out the impedance.
looks like you can measure the impedance of a speaker with a multimeter.

1 4 ohm speaker has same impedance as 2 8ohm
so this equals in your setup 5 8ohm in parallel
thus 8 divided by 5 equals 1,6 ohm
If they are all 3 equal impedance
16/3=5.33
8/3=2.67
4/3=1.33

Best bet is to find out the true impedance and match it. If that's not possible, then use the 16 ohm output from the Boogie, as it's safer to run a lower impedance speaker than higher (at least that's what I was told about tube/valve amps - opposite for solid state). Any experts who know better, please chime in!

No 16 Ohm output on the IIC+ JVK Monster, only one 8 Ohm and 2x4 Ohm. I think the 8 ohm would work well.

Sorry. I should have gone back to reread the previous posts. I would be careful using that cabinet until knowing what its impedance is. Using a higher impedance speaker with a tube/valve amp can damage it, based on what I know. Again, anyone who knows better, please chime in.
Yes you are right 
If it is wired 4 ohms + 4ohms + 8 ohms in series, the impedance would be 4+4+8=16 ohms.
But, if the two 4 ohm speakers are wired in series, and then those two speakers are wired in parallel with the 8 ohms speaker, the impedance would be 4 ohms.
If you are unsure about how it is wired, a picture of the inside of the cabinet would help determine the wiring/impedance.
I'd just buy a multimeter or see if I could borrow one. Much cheaper than damaging your equipment.

This No need to buy an expensive one. A 10€ multimeter will do just fine.
