VH track I'm the one with Kemper profile of my Metro/Friedman 68 plexi

  • This is a track I played on using one of my profiles from my Metro/Friedman. I used a custom Warmoth guitar I put together with PRS 59/09 pickups and a scalloped neck. I posted some of these profiles on Rig Exchange.

  • For some reason, Sound Cloud won't let me upload the song due to copyrights, and I already have other songs from VH already uploaded for a while. So I tried mixcloud and same thing. Sorry!

  • D'Oh!

Thanks for trying anyway, George. ;)

Is this a new thing Soundcloud is doing? Perhaps I'll try drop box.

    No idea, George.

I gather you mean DB and not SC.

Safari estimates it'll take 7 minutes to download the song, mate. Yeah, my bandwidth rocks at the moment!

Will report back shortly as to just how crappy your playing and the quality of the profile are.

  • Dang. I can't hear the ruddy guitar! Must be my Mac speaker in combination with the mix, brah.

Diamond Dave needs to be seriously dialled back, both in real life and in the song!

The faint gymnastics I heard in the background sounded awesome (from about half a mile away), so if said noodlings were your dirty mitts on the fretboard, man oh man, that was seriously a-w-e-s-o-m-e, George!

    Wuddun, matey! Booyah!

    Thank you for sharing, bud.

  • Thanks! I mixed it with the guitar on the left like VH did, so perhaps your Mac is not playing in stereo. Although I mixed it quickly, and it sounded pretty even on my computer speaker even though I didn't check the mix on several systems like Inisually do. I use Dynauadio BM6's in my studio which are great for mixing.

  • Agreed. They are nice and punchy and warm, much like my, ready to drool?... Opals! Bwaaahaha! :D

That's probably it, George. Good thinking mate!

Thanks again for everything you've done for us.
