I am looking for some great ambient - sound- profiles...anything you can recommend me (free and/ or commercial)

I think 'Paults' had a few nice profiles on the Rig Exchange ....search under author

Search the Rig Exchange for MAB (these are some great delay rigs by Meambobbo) and also try searches for "shimmer","shine","pitch delay".

Thanxs a lot so far; Paults- I checked your profiles- some really nice ones in there...I will check the other terms in RM within the weekend.
It´s not easy to find "a perfect" one fitting to my tremonti- PRS, because its simply different sounding than a strat...but Ill keep looking
