One of my old favorites. I remember playing it a lot, probably first in 1973 with my Marque Strat Copy and Rickenbacker B410 combo amp. Finally sold that amp about 4 years ago. Before the Kemper so unfortunately, no profile.
What kind of music are you listening to right now?

Chick Corea and his wonderful array of musicians that are all virtuosos in their own right.

The whole concert is fabolous !
YES ! But the fake overdub audience cheering in songs are really annoying .......
Impressive that Jon still has his voice though
There are better YES-concerts out there with Bruford / White , Chris and Howe
Here´s another gig with the "same" overdub audience cheering in Paul Gilberts amazing solo at the end

OMG I like that!
I hate Paul.....he is just soooooo good and a really nice bloke to boot. His sound to me is always a bit thin but that solo for me is only bettered by Steve Lukathers version!

Awesome! Those boy were really jumping - literally. That was from my era. One of my favorite bands and nice to see this one captured with another favorite Gary Moore. Kinda miss it.

Of course Kahuna!
Where are you from? Birmingham?
I love this type of singing where the lyrics flowing in a kind of blue note over the musical accompaniment.
At that time there were some bands that were good at that. Unfortunately we don't find it anymore today,

No, I'm a Seattle boy. Love Phil, Gary, Scott,....all the guys. Especially Gary's solo stuff. Great influence for a young guy obsessed with guitar in the late 70s.

Oh - you wrote era! Not area.
Yes, was my time too.

What to listen to, when you have have heard every Alcest song 1000000 times? Right, you can still listen to Sylvaine. The girlfriend of Neige plays the same Fender Toronada, same atmospheric riffs, similar vocal lines and Burzum like screams
I love it.

I've just noticed in the central soft part, around 3:20 You can hear the snare tailpiece resonating.
