Im so surprised that Adrian Smith not only holds his own vocally but sounds great on guitar! Way tastier that I ever realized.
Just wish Richie would go back to a pick - just think he loses so much attack ....but his legato is amazing!

Great gig in Wacken last weekend... Ann is 72 meanwhile but still has a great voice (yes, yes, high notes are gone... not an easy tune in that sense for sure) and some great people around her. Killer song of my youth
She's still got it.
Reverse one handed Slide with counter point on the left hand.

Thanks for the post Muddy. It's an interesting take on a slide guitar. He intonates well.

Did you see Onslaught? The guitarist is one of my friends...

I'm actually studying PT's guitar tone so I have to listen to all his stuff.
Some folks here might know that I have strong links with Nepal (and especially its capital Kathmandu) and the vibrant music scene there. The Toure Kunda track reminded me of this awesome track and video by Cadenza Collective. They are the organizers of the annual Kathmandu Jazz Festival "Jazzmandu". Hope you'll enjoy.
Could also be a record of the fabolous Fela Anikulapo Kuti
This record of Tore Kunda came at the early 80th on market. I have it at that time on vinyl. That was a good time of the african jazz/funk.
Another great musican at that time was Hugh Masekela:
Thanks! My left hand pinky finger suddenly feels very inadequate.

Sorry, to my ear it seems someone needs to tune that guitar.
