every time when RM is opened all Folders and subfolders are unfolded,
that i have to scroll all the way down to come to rig exchange.
every time i close rm i close all folders so that only the local library sign is visible
rm should open in the same state as i closed it

I can't replicate this issue. On my PC, Rig Manager opens with the same folder configuration that it was closed with.
-
Maybe a Mac OS Sierra malfunction ??
-
I can't reproduce that. The Local Library folder remains closed in OS X 10.11 and macOS 10.12. after restarting. Could you post a picture of the opened folder structure (or send it to support), or does it not fit on the screen even if Rig Manager is maximized? Are you logged in as a user with administrator privileges?

yes i can second that
it only happens when the KPA is plugged via usb to the mac
when its unplugged it opens the same condition as it was closed -
This has always only happened for me every time I delete a folder.
A right PITA if you have to delete a bunch of 'em.

I see, but that is a different problem than in the first description. It happens if the Profiler gets added/removed while Rig Manager is running, or if folders are added or removed. I will have a look into it.
-
Oh, I realise that Arne; I was just putting it out there as I've done many times, hoping it might gain some traction. One shouldn't have to pay a penalty for deleting a folder. Funny thing is 'though:
I updated both RM and the Profiler to the latest OS's just now, and guess what? Same thing, so now I'm in the club too! I did a fair bit of backup / restore work as I renamed some cabs purely for neatness' sake, and I accidentally left RM running in the background. I had to close the folders many times for the very same reason you outlined, I'm guessing 'cause the restore process involved an automatic reboot of the Kemper.

It must be a Mac issue.
-
I'd like to clarify this just a bit. There was only one bug, and that was that all folders got unfolded if the Profiler was removed or if a Local Library folder got deleted. As ColdFrixion stated correctly, it was a Mac only issue. This bug will be fixed in an upcoming service release.
The behavior when attaching the Profiler is intended. If a new library is added (could also be enabling the Rig Exchange in the Preferences pane), then you might want to see it, so the parent folder will open up automatically. The parent folders in this case are "All Rigs" and "All Performances". But if you had closed the "Local Library" folder before attaching the Profiler, then it will stay that way. -
Thank you, Arne!
I'm so happy you're addressing this. The folders' opening after I delete one has bugged me since the very first time I used Rig Manager.
Woohoo!
