If someone is still using FW from 2012, how to upgrade?

Hi guys

Got a client who still has FW from 2012 on his Kemper.

What's the process of updating he needs to follow to finally be able to use FW 5.0?

Hi @Guitartone - if I'm not mistaken, first Kemper needs to be updated to legacy 1.8.2 version and in second step the device can be updated to latest 5.0.0 beta.

If your Profiler is operating under a software revision older than 1.8.2 Release, it cannot be upgraded to current software in one step. Please upgrade to 1.8.2 Release first, and then take a second step and upgrade to current software.

It would be good if anyone from HQ staff would confirm this.
