I have sat with the EVH flanger and duplicated it manually with the Kemper's built in flanger. I've given it the Pepsi Challange with three different people who have great ears. No one can tell the difference.

The phasor is basically just an MXR Phase 90 with the knob set at about 9 o'clock. It was pretty easy to nail that one in the Kemper.

I sent you a private message with my email address. Send me an email and I'll respond with a non-commercial profile that has those effects in it. If you like them, just copy them into your favorite brown sound type of profile.

Well, I spent a lot of hours trying to replicate the sound of my original mxr flanger, the same eddie used to use with ac plug. This is the result, tell me what you think:

Rate: 3.2
Depth: 2.5
Manual: 4.3
Feedback: 53%
Mix: 100%
Volume: +1.3

Please put it IN FRONT not in the loop

Have a look at post 125 from me. What do you think about these fx? It setted them extra high that you can hear the impact of them.

I'm loving the Balance/Unlawful tone you're getting at the end in Post 125. Funny you should reply to my post above because I just discovered your "share your new delays" thread. I'll go about reading the TMS Profiles thread and report back later. I have an MXR flanger and a custom shop phase 90, so I will be able to compare the settings directly.

Just bought a kemper a week ago and I'm getting deeper and deeper into Kemperland at this point and it feels like being a kid in a candy store. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hi,

There's a thread here that shows you how to set up your delay for the Balance harmonizer tone. Search for "Harmonizer Capable of Van Halen Balance Sounds". Look for Post 13. Hope that helps.
