Since the latest releases, RM has been losing connection with the Kemper on several occasions (RM can't see the Profiler). Using the latest RM release and the latest beta 5 of the profiler.
I have to reboot my mac to fix the problem. Anyone else experiencing the same?

I just experienced a situation, where I was able to preview one rig in RM but when I clicked on another it was not loaded to Kemper. The headphones symbol was also missing in RM on currently selected rig. Restarted RM and it worked. Latest 5.0.0 beta and 1.6.39 RM for W10.

And it's working now. I thought RM was supposed to install the profiler firmware automatically? I had to install it with a usb key.
Rig Manager does offer you to install the latest release or beta for the Profiler. but you have to be online for that.

I was online, RM did offer to install the latest OS but after 3% of installation RM crashed and the install stopped. I was glad my profiler was not bricked...
i haven't seen that before. feel free to submit a crash report to support by email.

I don't have any log showing the crash unfortunately. Worth emailing support?

I had a similar issue. Installed the Beta 2.0 RM. Worked fine, connected to Profiler.
Next day, couldn't connect to the profiler no matter what I did,, until I installed the Beta 5.1 firmware. I never saw the mismatch error though.

without Software version 5.1, Rig Manager 2.0 will never connect to your Profiler. It simply can't.

It did connect once. I know it did. I had the new Rig Packs showing AND my Profiler, and was previewing Rigs on the profiler with it. I believe, the Profiler was connected, and RM up on 1.6 when I upgraded to Beta 2.0

I could, but I have already upgraded to 5.1 Beta. I have zero doc I can send at this point.
