I have updated the OS. But still no connection
I've restarted PC & KPA a number of times , tried different USB cables etc....
PC recognises the device when plugged in but it doesnt show up in RM and changing patches doesn't work.
Think I'll go back to an earlier RM
Hello I had the same problem but solved it by uninstalling RM and re-installing
Latest verison.
Sounds like a driver issue , check the device manager and see if it shows it working

I think during the update of the RM a 32-bit driver for the Kemper was installed.
As I run a Win10 64bit System, I deinstalled the RM, and reinstalled the RM 64-bit version and everything was fine.
I downgraded to 1.6.25 and its working again so its an issue with the latest update software

I had 64 bit installed and the problem was there.Working after the downgrade to 1.6.25
