Did clean Sense change with OS 5?

Hi,
I never had any issues with the clean sense - a good value was always around zero for me.
Since 5.0, I have to dial in -5 to have the same volume between distorted and clean settings - and it still sounds wierd.
Did anything change here?

I did not notice any change, but my guitars are not very hot and I never go red unless I dial +8 or something like it.
