I'd love to see a multi-band compressor / limiter. I'm a bass player and while I find the built in compressor okay, I just can't get the same results as when I use the TC Electronic Spectra Comp or a similar device. It would be so cool not have to have this one pedal in front of the the Kemper. Also I'm getting a weird sound the moment there is a crossover of the noise gate and the compressor. It's not loud, so no problem live, but I can definitely hear it on recordings when playing ballads.

+1 Would be useful for controlling bottom end. Andy Sneap popularised using an MBC on heavy guitars tones some years back; I doubt that this behaviour can be profiled, so at the moment we can't really take that on the road with us.
Even just a 2 band MBC or dynamic EQ would be good enough, as long as you can set a frequency range, a threshold, a ratio, and some attack/release settings.

can you post a recording of this, please?

What do you mean by crossover? A noise (pop, snap) when the gate closes? Or when it opens?
Never had this happen with the Kemper but with mixing I sometimes find having a gate before the compressor that's turned very high can produce loud pops, since the gate cuts the start of the sound so the transients become very sharp. If this is the case try making the compressor attack time longer.

Are you still using a pedal compressor in before the kemper with your bass?
Are the compression section options in fact good for bass? Or the pedals like MXR and EBS would be better?

+1.
Love to have a MBC to tame the palm mutes a bit.

Add me to this list! I'd love a bunch more configuration options for the compressor.

I agree.... this is very much needed.... especially for bass...
