I have just taken a look at the fractal forum topic.
Very interesting.
I guess I will pull the trigger on one of those as soon as they are available at Thomann.
Atomic CLR? Never at Thomann, exclusive distributor is G66

No, talking about the RCF
No, talking about the RCF
Ah, ok, didn't realize they were out of stock. next week they should be available. my local shop has 4 of them and match the Thomann price
exclusive distributor is G66
Are you sure that they are exclusive distributor after the parting of FAS and Atomic? I am surprised there is still no announcement at the G66 homepage ...

Good question, but if they have contracts in place they cannot ignore them just because the ownership has changed....
Ok, I have got one now and tested it yesterday afternoon.
It is amazing.
It is exactly like Scott has described above :FLAT, meaning that all my patches made up on my Genelec near field monitors sound exactly the same.
I didn't have to tweak them, and it is really cool as I didn't want to maintain 2 sets of patches, 1 for home studio, and the other one for live purpose.
It is loud and light, (compared to the Super Reverb ...)
This one is a keeper.
For me is going to be next month, I need a decent midi controller this month....
Are you going for the midi raider ?
Somebody want to sell his All Access, if I can get it cheaper I'm going for it, otherwise I order the Midi Rider.
I highly recommend the Midi Raider. I have an RCF NX 10 SMA on the way. Im hoping it is as good as the 12". I dont need tons of volume, so the 10" seemed more practical for my situation.
I highly recommend the Midi Raider.
Interesting.
Do you use it with the KPA ?
Is it working well ?
If the feedbacks are good, it could be my next purchase.
It works perfectly. Im a midiot. I programmed it in 20 minutes. Stomp assignments, banks, expression pedals. Super easy. Im going to shoot a small video of my almost complete rig today and post it here as some have been asking how you travel with a Kemper (bag/ case etc) I was planning on doing just some photos, but I think a quick video maybe a little more insightful. Im still waiting for my RCF NX 10 to arrive as well as my Mission SP 2 and Pedaltrain 2 which I will be attaching the Midi Raider, Rocktron Hex Pedal (volume) and Mission SP2 (wah) to. The Pedal Train 2 comes with a nice soft case as well. I was going to wait til it all gets here to do a video, but I think I may just do a super quick one today as there is alot of interests in cases and how individuals set up there equipment for live use.
The only downside to the Midi Raider is you have to name each preset if you want it to say what your Kemper says. Its a little annoying but not hard. The manual says it has a remote setting where it copies what the device says, but it also says it only applies to Rocktron products. I havent tried it yet, but maybe it will work with Kemper. Otherwise you have to tap footswitched to name the preset........gets old. But its just a minor annoyance.
There's a new rig in town

This should be sufficient as backline for very small venues.
Looking AWESOME!!!
Where is the "Like" button when you need it?
In that position you have the KPA over the heat dissipator fins of the power amp, watch that it doesn't run too hot.
Aren't you afraid of the KPA falling off?
These pix are only for fun. As Davide wrote, the ventilation is right under the KPA and this setup would most possible result in a baked Kemper.
But it looks nice!
AND it sounds 127% realer than my Atomic FRFR Wedge!
AND it sounds 127% realer than my Atomic FRFR Wedge!
Assuming the Atomic is 80% there, makes the all stuff 181,6% realer than an amp!!
Same dream team here.
Works great.
Just came from the gig. The RCF NX10SMA just rocks. Super sound, I didn't miss a 412 cab at all. And it's so fucking loud. I had it on 1/2 or so and the Kemper on -6dB, no problems next to a loud drummer
I really do prefer it over the 12"... the bass response seems to my more "guitar like" - but that's just a matter of taste I guess
