Choptones lack of customer service

    In the first email, we've said that:


    "Hello XXX,
    for upgrade the only thing you'll do is send us your order number. I'll check your purchase and if Ok I'll send you a discount coupon for your upgrade.
    For further information feel free to contact us. "


    You contacted us after your update asking for a money refund.
    Unfortunately this is not possible.
    We don't know our other companies works, but in Italy simply we cannot do that for fiscal reasons.


    We also said you, in exceptional way we could send now the 9.90€ discount. We want happy customers, and we're sure you will understand us.


    Honestly we think this could be solved without this "public j'accuse", mainly because our offices are closed on Sunday, and I've replied to you during night (at 2am), I don't know how many customers service they would have answered :)
