2016 MacBook Pro USB C

    Hi I recognized that when I plug the KPA to my new 2016 Macbook with USB C Ports only ,
    the Rig Manager didn't see the KPA until you unplug the USB Plug direct on the Kemper
    when you unplug and replug the side on the Macbook nothing happens, KPA is not seen in RM
    when unplugging and replugging the side on the KPA it shows up in RM
    Happens with USB C to USB B Cable and when using a USB C to USB Adapter

    works fine here.


    Mac, Profiler and software do not distinguish in between plugging in one side or the other first. maybe there're some extra components in the cable which cause the difference in behaviour.

    tried diff cables
    its always that the profiler isn't recognized by RM, only when unplugging
    and replugging the USB Cable on the Profiler Side
    no Adapters or anything else is used
    its like that since more than a year with every RM or >KPA Version released

    @digbob i doubt that waiting for us will resolve your issue. Maybe it's your Profiler, Maybe it's your Mac, I don't know but we don't have this problem and it is virtually unknown to support as well.
