Ok after updating the KPA to the latest 5.3.1 BETA, Rig Manager stopped syncing with the KPA.
Had to do 2 restarts now to get it back to sync.

i think it is Rig Manager that has the issue. I upsated Rig Manager Beta and not the profiler, I am having the same issue. I am going to reinstall the latest release version.

@G String I still have a really slow sync with the latest beta of Rig Manager plus the latest release of the profiler software.
Please try this:
1.)Profile an amp or pedal and create a new rig.
2.)Open Rig Manager - it will sync with the profiler and update the number of rigs (+1)
3.)Rig manager will have synced but the profiler will display "Rig syncing" for a really long time - like 1 or more minutes -

we have plans to address this issue in a future update of Profiler OS. note that it is only the notification which doesn't vanish. the sync itself is fine.

grappagreen I think that it's related to the computer going to sleep, screensaver, disk sleep and so on. When I use RM I make sure the computer stays on all the time. That seems to have worked so far.
