Celestion ir's are really nice. Is it possible for the kemper to have two different cabs in a profile? If so how is that setup? Thanks!

You can use Redwirez mixIR2 to mix IRs. Then you can convert the result to kemper format and load in KPA. It wont be "stereo", somehow, of course.

And secondly what you can also do IF your goal is to make a studio profile WITH the "combined" emulation, is to run amp signal (either using loadbox or connected to cab + proper DI box) to your daw and apply the mix of IRs there. Then profile the "emulated" signal (your amp going through the daw IR)
Or you can load the "combined" IR created in daw to some kind of a hardware impulse loader, , use that for cab emulation, profile that chain..
