Hi. If anyone can help it would be great.
I have updated Rig Manager ( from the update which comes up on startup of Rig Manager itself) and also updated ( the same method ) the operating system for the Kemper. I am trying to delete performances as I have some new ones to replace the old. I have been able to do this in the past but now the "delete" is grayed out and unavailable. Thanks............ Im stuck

Try to install the latest official RM and not the beta. Highlight the performance in rm and do s right mouseclick on it. I think delete is not greyed out. Btw i use the beta and it works.

Hi . Yes I did try both . Deleted the beta after it didn't work and went to the support / download and downloaded that one and ran it. Same issue unfortunately. Thanks for your reply.

Delete is greyed out when you are in the All performances location. Please select a different location to delete your performance.
This is also true for rigs and has been that way since day one. -
Exactly,
Go to All performances select MyProfiler or your local library (if you wish) and right click the performance you want to delete.
Cheers.

Many thanks for that. I had a lapse in time there........ I should have realized that. You guys are stars !!!
-
that doesn't work for me. I go to myProfiler, right click and delete is still greyed out
-
Maybe because you've chosen the performance you want to delete?
Try to choose another performance, so the little headphones symbol does appear on another performance) and the right click on the one you want to delete.
Maybe this helps.

With the Beta Version 3.0.89, there is no delete performances menu option under My Profiler rather there is an "Initialize Performance".
I have about 75 empty New Performance till the last 125th that I want to remove. I don't recall if it was always like that brcause now I use the 3 Beta.
Trying to import a performance from the local library to the profiler increased the number of performances to 126 which caused a freeze of the kemper. Maybe this is a bug,

could you get in touch with support and we'll go through some details with you?
thanks!

After you save it into "My Profiler", the "Initialize Performance" option under the right-click clears the selection out. The logic is likely that you're not deleting the performance, you're just wiping out the information stored on it. Much in the same way a PC hard drive is "re-initialized" if you wipe all the memory from it.

Righ click copy a clean performance and paste it to the one that you want to delete. It works
-
on my kemper editor it is: "initialize Performance" - this makes it an empty performance, which is equal deleting.
