Brand new Kemper, Master Volume fault

    My Kemper seems to have a faulty master volume knob. It was working fine out of the box for an hour or so then when I tried increasing the volume it went all the way down then randomly up and down when I tried to bring it back up. I turned it off and it crashed when I turned it back on. I then tried turning it on again and it came on but the same problem is there. What could be wrong? Please help!!


    Update: The volume knob feels like its grinding when I turn it. Looks like I need a replacement. Very disappointing.

    I get you're disappointed.
    In the end the KPA is a piece of electronic equipment so it is possible, once in a rare while, that there's a faulty component inside that maybe worked OK by Quality Check but died during transport.
    It's a new KPA so I guess you have full waranty.
