Understand, but I thing it's more kind of a QC procedure issue (is Germany...) where the claims need to be logged with a ticket and sorted under the same ticket (I use to be ISO internal auditor in a company I worked for in the past...a real PITA). But agree, probably it would be even quicker for them.

I think time will tell. At the moment the Kemper team is still just a bunch of guys. If the KPA be will as successful as it seems at the moment (just look at the increase of member account within the last week), i think they will enlarge their staff.
All bugs that i reported to the team via mail were dealt with rapidly. As long as it will not turn into "fix one thing, break to other things" i think we will have a stable release soon.

I think we all need to use the identical USB stick...and I'm not kidding.

??? Still? I did my move in October and within 3 days I was again up and running..Do you need some help?
HAHAHAHA!! Thanks bro... all is well.
You know us Greeks - we don't like hard work and don't work much... many Ouzo breaks inbetweenI'll be up and running this weekend! Still missing a desk - but what the hell! I'll play on the floor!!!!

I was just asking if it would be easier to communicate the bugs in this forum rather than bothering with mail pingpong.
Yes, it would be much easier for us. But Burkhard has made it very clear that they want you to open a support ticket for every bug you find. Even if they respond to a bug find here within a thread - they still need someone to open a support ticket separately.
Don't ask me why - I guess it's just the way they work. -

Hey that's cool! To the "welcome" each time someone joins, we should add "Happy Kempers!"
-
I guess it's just the way they work.
Well, no problem for me. It is just not my way to work. They don't need a ticketing system, they need a bug tracking database (like github).

Well, you could tell them about that... open a support ticket!!!
-
Hi,
I also have this problem.
Has anybody done the support ticket thing about htis yet?
Cheers,

I reported that to Burkhard and he confirmed it. He will pass this to the developers.

This is good to hear. Drives me nuts too.

Not solved in 1.05.
-
Yeah, strange. This bug drives me nuts too.
I wonder what the "several minor bug fixes" in the release notes are though. -
P.s. I didn't check: was the light collar thing resetting itself fixed on 1.0.5?

Yep, I'm still on 1.0.5 and is everything fine, pops are all 3 mins. Not an issue for live use (they don't get louder raising the volume), they just drawn in the noise we make...
-
Thanks.
So that was the prob: all the Kemper beta FW testers were playing with the volume on full and so they couldn't notice those pops. -
Not solved in 1.0.6
