In wich order do you plug the remote into powerhead? I mean, do you first plug it in into amp or board?
It often happens to me that the remote shuts down quickly after it starts to connect. Sometimes I even have to reboot the amp to make things happening 
Any thoughts?

Connect the remote to the kemper before powering on! They'll boot one after the other!

I think if you do that but continue to have problems I'd ty a new cable.
Actually, it shouldn't matter what you plug in first.

I don't use any particular order. Why? Because this is a professional product and it shouldn't matter!
There is no specific order - connect as you like. It is possible, that, while the Profiler starts up, the Remote can not connect yet - it "shuts down" then, but will automatically connect when start up is finished.
