I have my wah setup to turn off when pedal is left in toe position. Absolutey great function, love it to death! Tried the auto setting to, and it's a little to "slow" for me.
However i think it would be great if the stomp (A, B, C or D-light) also went off when the selected effect does get bypassed.
That way on my remote i'd be able to see straight away if the wah is active....and not accidently jump in to the verse with a 92% wah-sound 
Not to mention if you have a pitch whammy effect setup, and jump in on the wrong note, lol.
Any love for this suggestion?
