Blend cab with external speaker sim possible?

Is it possible to blend an external cab simulation (palmer pdi 03 jb or any ir-loader) with the Kemper cab?

Like an fx loop parallel to cab section. Or maybe using signal from "send" to ir loader to alternative input. Or something
