I have the same issue the power amp is weak and scratchy, headphone jack and Moniter work fine, do i need to send it in? if so how, I took it to GC and they told me they dont deal with it. its a warranty issue. How do i get this fixed. the head is 10 months old.

They have an auto response to support tickets but its common for it to get caught by spam settings and end up in the junk folder. Check you junk folder.

Exactly, I would not wait, but check spam folders on client as well as e-mail server immediately.

Separate from this feed going a little off topic about using the wrong jack, my toaster is doing this now - and it's definitely plugged into the correct output, with the right settings - as it was working fine, then yesterday, started this stuff.
It sounds like it isn't pushing enough power and is gating it - I've tried with all stomps and fx and stacks off - and it still does it.
Can anyone update what had to happen with theirs to work - did it require shipment to Germany - turn around times??? -
