Kemper Profiler crashing/freezing when connected to lap top and with remote connected

Is anybody else having this problem?

My Kemper Profiler is crashing/freezing when connected to a laptop and with remote connected. The remote first powers down and then the profiler seems to freeze/crash. Sometimes it won't even turn off? Kind of worrying if it happened in a live scenario!

I updated the operating system to 5.4 Beta as it mentioned fixing this problem and I'm using Rig Manager Version 2.1.19

I'm having the same problem! I actually just created a thread and then saw yours after. Remote goes, screen freezes and then nothing. Hope it's nothing serious.
