Very much synth driven song, but guitars are Kemper.

I did the recording and mix on this, and the music video production. Mastering was done at Unisound Sweden.

All guitars are Kemper except the guitar solo (done by Christopher Amott).

Music video uses a huge amount of different techniques and programs.

Forest in the beginning was drawn by hand in Google Tilt Brush. The desert and mountaiins are Trapcode MIR. Desert ruins and the cathedral was modeled in Blender.

It was a big learning process making this. I've only modeled a donut in Blender before making the cathedral.

Yeah he did! There's another guest solo on another song by Peter Huss (that I got in contact through Chris) that really makes that song special.

Thanks @ashtweth! I feel I was able to get a much better mix than on the debut CD, even if we used exactly the same profiles, guitars, bass and drum mics on this one as well.

Apart from getting better at mixing I think one particular plugin made a huge difference, namely Klanghelm DC8C. This compressor is just insane. It's only 20 euros and it sounds better at everything than anything else I've used in any price category. I'd pay $300 for it in a heartbeat. (Advertisement over).
