Hey Everyone. How does the Helix's overdrive/distortion stomps compare to the Kemper? I'm happy with the amp/cab tones that I get from my Kemper, but I'm considering to pair it with a Helix Stomp or Helix Effects. Are the overdrive and distortion tones and options any better on the Helix?

The ODs and effects in general are top notch in the Helix. I used it for 3 years before getting my first Kemper(stage). The effects are the only thing I miss. Much happier with the tone, feel and lack of need to tweek.

personal opinion perhaps but I find the Distortion/Overdrive effects in the Helix to be worse than Kemper. IMO I would use external pedal or find a different Rig in the Kemper
