After 4 hours of profiling the cabinet light now goes off when trying to do a new amp profile

I've successfully finished profiling my Wonderland/JM amp and I've set up to now profile the Trainwreck express.

Now, when I get to the end of the profiling noises the cab section light goes off and I've no cabinet. I've rebooted, I've tried different reference amps as a starting point but all the same, I now can't do a studio profile because the cabinet turns it self off when the profiling noises stop.

It's been fine all morning.
