Driver problem of the Profiler

    I got a problem with Windows 10 and the driver of the profiler.
    For the last months everything worked fine, since 2 days no connection.
    Please see the attached picture, there you can see the problem.
    Because the driver problem, there is no connection between Rigmanager and Profiler.
    What can I do?

    Not sure what the error says but did you unplug the Profiler and plug it back in? You could also try reinstalling Rig Manager as that will update the driver again. Backup Rig Manager first :thumbup:

    Of course I did unplug and plug it again!

    And of course I did uninstall and reinstall of RigManager!
    ;)

    Hmmmm...... Ok, I don't understand, I think it's German, so I was just guessing to help on a driver problem. More info needed on the error, sorry to be so elementary to you.
