First of all, make sure you register your Kemper Profiler (and e.g. Remote if you have one):
https://www.kemper-amps.com/product/registrationIf you've done so already, it might just take a few minutes or maybe an hour until your forum account is upgraded (automatically) based on your product registration status.

How did you fix this issue? I've tried clearing my cache and that didn't work, i have my KPA registered but not the remote but i cant see how that would cause an issue.
