What would you guys think of having a drum machine to play along with the looper? I'm think something similar to be Boss RC-2
Playing along with a drum beat has always been very inspiring to me.

I'd love this, but to be honest I don't see this coming.
I've got a BeatBuddy which is an amazing drum machine and just love jamming with it. The problem is that Kemper Remote cannot quantize loops with external drum machine. I've requested this feature today: https://www.kemper-amps.com/forum/index.php/Thread/38458-Remote-Quantization-tempo-information-and-CC-commands-from-Remote-s-switches/ .
I would second the Beat Buddy. I've used it live with great success.

How do you connect BB to Kemper. @larret? I got this pedal and the quality of drums is very good. I got also the switch, which makes the playing even more fun. But for now I had it connected straight to Yamaha DXR 10.
I hooked BB up with Kemper via BB's PS/2 midi connector (supports both IN and OUT). BB's tempo is nicely synchronized with Kemper but that's just it; lack of CC commands support from switches of Remote does not allow to start the BB's measure together with a loop. Hence the following feature request.

Was this cable shipped with BB or is it available separately?
Anyway, I was asking about connecting BB with Kemper in chain, so the drums from BB do not interfere Kemper's signal... Or do you simply connect BB to speaker, omitting Kemper?
It's not shipped with BB and is being sold separately. I send the output stereo signal directly to my audio interface.
I also use the BeatBuddy with this MIDI cable. That works very well. But I also have the problem with the unquantized loop, which also bothers me a lot. The loop runs out of rhythm.
