Yep it did that here, not sure if it did it the second time I rebooted though, can't remember.

I had also before upgrading problew with my Master Volume.
It acts a bit nervous. You adjust it a little and suddenly it could go a few cm up on the lcd scale.Anyone else having that problem?
I have sent it to support but so far they told me they could not verify the problem.

You get the problem described in OP when you go to the master section an uncheck the "Headphone Link" (check "Main out link" only).
