Controller and stomp box settings

If I create new stop box settings for an existing rig I can get them to turn on & off if I use my finger to push the button on the Kemper head....but they do not turn on or off with the controller footswitch. Is there something in the settings for that??? I’d like to have the ability to turn on or turn off stomp box effects during a performance. Thanks!

How is your controller connected on the kemper?
I use a controller which sends midi signal to the kemper.

Thanks; I found out the way to do it "rig by rig". I press and hold the button in the STOMP area and then press the corresponding button on my Kemper Controller. It seems that this will be something I need to do for each and every rig individually. If I am wrong about that I'd like to know. Seems I will be logging a lot of time at the front end to get this right!

Technology is a wonderful thing....when it works!
... and when you RTFM

There even are more possibilities, for instance the locking function, that enables you to keep your dedicated stomp box settings always the same!
Or copying your settings to a new rig. I posted a link to a video in the tips&tricks area!
