The maximum volume of the Monitor/Speaker Output may have become limited by some other Linked Output in the Output Menu.
I suggest UN-Linking all Outputs from the Master Volume Except for The Monitor Volume.
Then, ( Do this next part without a guitar connected to the Input, so things don’t get too loud): 1) Turn the Master Volume up all the way 2) Then, turn the Monitor Volume Up all the way. 3) Exit the Output Menu 4)Turn the Master Volume all the way down.
When you turn it up again, the Kemper will respond up to its maximum volume.
