hey all,
this might be a stupidly easy thing to resolve but i am not able to comment on certain threads and posts on the forum.
Someone said before about registering a remote if you have which i do, is that what i need to do?
Thanks in advance.
I dont have full access to the forum and i cant work out why?

No, you need to register your KPA to get access to posting in the private forums not the remote.

Registered is good but you have to log in to the forums with the exact same account that you used to register with. May be different than the one you originally signed up to the forums with. Still can't get in > open a support ticket, they'll help you out.

Go to the Kemper home page, Kemper. At the top right, see if you are signed in which means you registered your Kemper with them. If so, check "My Account" and look at the email you used to register your KPA. That is the email and password you have to use in the forums to gain access to the private section posting.
