When storing a cabinet preset the default name is "cabinet preset". Why not suggest the name of the current cabinet?
This would be convenient I think...

Might do that in the future. A question of priorities. Won't stop the new reverb effects and the liberalization of the REV Module for this
Are you aware, that you can use the COPY/PASTE buttons for tags, too?

So you are saying I can use copy/paste to set the name of the cabinet preset? Messed around with it and it didn't seem obvious. Could you elaborate a bit please?
You open the tag Cabinet Name via Edit, press COPY, exit, press STORE, select CAB Module, press PASTE.

Got it! - wasn't in Edit more when I copied but now it works. Thanks! This is a lot of presses but million times better than entering characters with the dial. Made a quick video of the process here:
