    Perhaps you were off the board for a while and want to catch up? I missed 8 months due to a nervous breakdown last year, and 3 months due to a smaller one the previous year, so I've been in this situation, if indeed it's yours.


    In my case, I chose not to dig up every "hello" thread I'd missed during those 11 months, figuring it wouldn't be the thing to do. I mean, if we all did it the forum would always be flooded with greeting threads' appearances on the first few new-post pages... as it has been these past few days.


    Not telling you what to do - just giving you the perspective of someone who's missed 11 months' worth of opportunities to welcome noobs and understands your sentiments... I think.
